CONFERENCES AND CONGRESSES
Conferences and seminars find their best at Gran Hotel Fontainebleau. Because it accomodates the requirements of every event, adapting its installations in a modular way, besides counting with the capacity of its two classic conference rooms- América and Europa- ample and comfortable. The personal service and experience is coupled with technological support, specially designed to suit any kind of event, from the smaller ones to those of maximum requirements.
The hotel also counts with the Auxiliar Service for Congresses and Conferences which includes the rental of slide projectors, overviewers, photocopiers, light and sound equipment, translation services, videos and photography.
The Horizons Conference Room is adequate for medium sized groups. Ideal for product presentation, workshops and exhibitions, courses and private meetings. It has an area of 75 m2 and capacity for 60 people. It is situated in a priviledged location on the 2nd floor facing the sea, close to the solarium and pool.
The America Conference Room
, of smaller dimensions, is perfectly fit for courses and lectures. It can be equiped with a directory table and armchairs, working desks, a podium, TV set and telephone. Located in the 1st floor, it is very luminous and is particularly fit for modern decorations and the creation of special atmospheres. Added to this, it features an excellent view of the beach.
Al The Europa Conference Room is available both from the Confitería Fontaine and from outside. It is located on the Ground Floor. It is a big area of 205 m2, totally devoid of columns which makes it ideal for congresses, seminars and large meetings or even for divisions in stands to hold exhibitions or small working groups. It is also perfectly appropriate for parties, private or company ones such as lauching of products, dinner-parties, festivals, etc. |
